Vista San Ramon was developed as a planned community of 161 homes, and is guided by a set of Conditions, Covenants and Regulations (CC&Rs). After purchase all homeowners become members of the association. The operation of the association is funded by member dues of $200 annually, payable in two installments of $100 each.

The CC&Rs define the structure of the Vista San Ramon Homeowners Association and the Board of Directors, which oversees the operations of the association. The members of the Board are themselves homeowners in Vista San Ramon.  Board members are elected by the membership to serve a two-year term and may serve a maximum of three consecutive terms.

One of the duties of the Board of Directors is to develop and implement operational policies and guidelines to comply with the CC&Rs and protect the value of the investments in our homes.

As a condition of purchase, all perspective home buyers must agree to be bound by the CC&Rs, and the Board Polices and Guidelines. Copies of these documents are available from the links on the right.
